1. Terms & Conditions
Booking & Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when you receive a formal confirmation from LuxMotion.
Cancellation Policy: * Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or "No-Shows" are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Waiting Time & Delays:
Airport/Port Pickups: We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from the actual flight/ferry arrival.
Other Pickups (Hotels/Villas): Complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes.
Beyond these limits, additional fees may apply. We monitor flights in real-time, but clients must notify us of significant schedule changes.
Vehicle Policy & Conduct:
Safety: The use of seatbelts is mandatory for all passengers by Greek Law.
Conduct: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger exhibiting aggressive behavior or extreme intoxication.
Damage: Any damage caused to the vehicle’s interior or exterior by the passenger will result in a repair/cleaning fee.
2. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliance)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, LuxMotion is committed to protecting your privacy.
Information We Collect: We collect Identity Data (Name), Contact Data (Email, Phone), and Transfer Details (Flight info, addresses) solely to execute your booking and comply with Greek tax regulations.
Your Rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of your personal data ("Right to be forgotten"). For such requests, please contact us at luxmotionservice@gmail.com.
